Dear Colleagues,

SIDP has had a significant year of transitions and as we continue to grow, we have also updated our bylaws to reflect current practices and our new strategic plan. We are excited to share our Strategic Plan High Level Overview (attached) with you today, as well as our draft revised bylaws (attached.)

We invite your comments and feedback on the bylaws.  To help make the review process easiest, we have prepared a comparative chart that allows review of the proposed new language (right column) next to current bylaws language (left column)- in some cases, text from the current bylaws is duplicated so it appears next to relevant content in the updated version.  Anything that is new or has been revised is highlighted in yellow in new version (right column).  We have also included a clean version of the draft revised bylaws.

SIDP plans to have a vote on the revised by-laws at our annual meeting on October 2, 2018.   All members are welcome to provide comment on the bylaws until Friday September 28, 2018. Please comment below on this forum post.
