Educational GrantPurpose SIDP is committed to our vision of safe and effective antimicrobials for now and the future. Therefore, we offer the opportunity for individuals or other non-profit organizations to apply for funding to support educational initiatives that align with the mission, vision, and core values of SIDP. Proposed programs are encouraged to be multidisciplinary, provide public education, and/or support novel training mechanisms for healthcare professionals. Involvement of a pharmacist is encouraged in design and/or target audience. Programs that generate educational content that will be made free and publicly available will be scored favorably. This grant is not intended to fund stewardship research projects with an individual hospital or healthcare system. Funding Financial support is limited to $2,500 per individual budget request Applicant Criteria Requests for funding (500 words maximum) should include the following information:
Submission and Review of Proposals Awards will be given twice annually. Proposals should be emailed to info@sidp.org and will be reviewed by the Board as received.
