Membership Criteria

• Pharmacist must have been practicing or performing research in infectious diseases pharmacotherapy for at least two years after receipt of terminal academic degree

OR


• Completed a dedicated training program in infectious diseases (PGY2 residency, fellowship, or PhD program)

Application Requirements

• 1 letter of reference from fellow healthcare professionals attesting to substantial professional activities in the area of infectious disease pharmacotherapy or research
• Individuals with BCIDP certification and/or lapsed members renewing at the same level do not need to submit a letter
• Current curriculum vitae

Membership Criteria

• Any pharmacist or non-pharmacist not meeting the requirements for full membership, but with an interest in the area of infectious diseases pharmacotherapy may participate as non-voting members of the Society
