This three-webinar series will increase the knowledge, competence, and performance of pharmacists in the recognition and management of bacterial pneumonia in patients with COVID-19. These activities seek to raise awareness of the significant impact of bacterial pneumonia in patients with COVID-19, the role of rapid diagnostics in these disease states, key antimicrobial stewardship strategies, and to equip pharmacists with the knowledge necessary to design a therapeutic plan for a patient with bacterial pneumonia and COVID-19.
