Call for SIDP Recognition Awards and Fellowship in SIDP (FIDP) Nominations

Please consider nominating either a colleague or yourself for an SIDP Recognition Award and Fellowship in SIDP (FIDP), to be given at the 2026 MAD-ID and SIDP Annual Meeting in Orlando, FL. Each year, the Society recognizes the excellence of its members with the Early Career Investigator Award, Pharmacotherapy Paper of the Year Award, Outstanding Clinician Award, Outstanding Early Career Clinician Award, Gita Patel Innovation Award, Outstanding Mentor Award, and George L. Drusano Collaborative Excellence Award. Additionally, the Fellowship distinction was developed to recognize outstanding SIDP members who have made a significant and sustained contribution to the area of infectious diseases and the mission of SIDP. Nominations need to be received by Friday, December 5, 2025. Self-nominations are accepted and encouraged. Supporting materials for each nominee will be due Monday, January 12, 2026 for awards and FIDP. Winners will be notified no later than Monday, March 2, 2026.
