The Board of Directors of the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists (SIDP) is pleased to announce the funding of research proposal for The Ocean Spray Prevention of Urinary Tract Infections Research Award.

Proposal should follow the guidelines described in the RFP (download here).

Submission of RFP:

Proposals should be converted to a single PDF file adhering to the format described above. The PDF file should be electronically submitted to both Elizabeth Schumacher, Executive Director (elizabeth@affinity-strategies.com) and the Chair of the Research Committee, Warren Rose (warren.rose@wisc.edu). Proposals must be submitted by online by email no later than 5 PM E.S.T. on September 7, 2018. Applications submitted after the application deadline, will not be considered.
