Survey: Microbiology/Susceptibility

CLSI is gathering data on the microbiology/susceptibility reports that are most often utilized by Antimicrobial Stewardship Programs to optimize  antimicrobial therapy.  This information will hopefully be incorporated into the next M39 Antibiogram Development document, which is currently being revised.  Please take a few minutes to complete this brief survey.
