Infectious Diseases Pharmacotherapy Residency

The Board of Directors of the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists (SIDP) is pleased to announce the availability of funding for an Infectious Diseases Pharmacotherapy Residency for the period of July 2017 through June 2018. This residency award will be partially funded by Allergan Inc. 

Applications should be uploaded to the online resident award application form.  The RPD cover letter, letters of support (2) and curriculum vitas (up to 4) should be converted to a single PDF file and uploaded. Other information will be directly inserted on the web form.  Questions regarding submission may be submitted to Secretary/Treasurer Brandon Bookstaver (bookstaver@sccp.sc.edu). Proposals must be submitted no later than 5 PM E.D.T. on December 14, 2016. Applications submitted after this deadline will not be considered.  The Board of Directors will make decisions on the applications no later than January 6, 2017.
