Dear SIDP Members,

What a year it has been for SIDP! We’ve reached some exciting milestones together, from transitioning to our new operating calendar, releasing our 140th episode of the Breakpoints podcast, signing onto and authoring important advocacy statements, and launching SIDP Communities, we’ve accomplished a lot already in 2026 and there is even more to look forward to as we build on that momentum.

I invite you to join me for our annual SIDP Town Hall, where we’ll reflect on the progress we’ve made and, most importantly, look ahead to what’s next for SIDP and our members.

I’ll share updates on key priorities for SIDP, what you can look forward to in the coming year and plans for the inaugural Antimicrobials Conference, our new joint annual meeting with MAD-ID which will take place in Baltimore, MD, May 22-26, 2027. The Town Hall will also be an opportunity to ask questions, share your perspectives, and be part of the conversation as we shape the year ahead.
