This annual webinar provides updates on the latest breakpoint recommendations from CLSI and offers practical strategies on incorporating those changes into clinical practice. Speakers will address the importance of partnerships between pharmacists and laboratory professionals on effective implementation of updates to enhance clinical practice. Audience polling will be included throughout, with an opportunity for Q&A at the end.
Target Audience:

Learning Objectives:
- Discuss 2025 CLSI M100 enhanced recommendations pertaining to carbapenemase testing and reporting for carbapenem-resistant Enterobacterales (CRE).
- Summarize updates regarding non-fermenting organisms, including Acinetobacter spp., Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Burkholderia cepacia complex.
- Design empiric and definitive antimicrobial regimens based on the 2025 updates.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration between stewardship and the microbiology laboratory related to 2025 CLSI M100 updates.
