Experience: Applicants must possess a PharmD from a college accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education and must hold or be eligible for pharmacist licensure in Texas.  Applicants must have completed both PGY1 and PGY2 from an ASHP-accredited residency program; PGY1 from an ASHP-accredited residency program with 4 years of progressive clinical practice within specialty; completion of a specialty fellowship; or 6 years progressive clinical practice experience within specialty.

Specialty: Infectious disease pharmacotherapy involving immunocompromised population, which includes hematology-oncology, bone marrow transplant, and solid organ transplant.
