Clinical Assistant Professor position in the area of infectious diseases

 The College of Pharmacy at the University of South Carolina (USC) is currently seeking an ambitious individual for a full-time, 12-month faculty position. This is a non-tenure track Clinical Assistant Professor position in the area of infectious diseases. 

Responsibilities for this position include didactic and clinical teaching of Doctor of Pharmacy students and residents, research and scholarly activity, university and college service, and maintenance of clinical pharmacy services at a clinical practice site. 

The ideal candidate for this position should: 

• Hold a professional degree in pharmacy (PharmD), or equivalent terminal degree 

Have completed an ASHP PGY-2 residency/fellowship in infectious disease, or equivalent years of experience 

• Create and build interdisciplinary relationships at a clinical practice site 

Be licensed, or eligible for licensure in the state of SC
