Title: Hybrid Antimicrobial Stewardship/Infectious Diseases Clinical Pharmacist
Location: St. George, UT
Responsibilities: We are recruiting an antimicrobial stewardship/infectious diseases clinical pharmacist to join our talented team. Responsibilities of this position include: daily antimicrobial stewardship monitoring activity, including VigiLanz alerts to optimize antimicrobial therapy; reviewing Infectious Diseases Consult patients with the Infectious Diseases attending physician; precepting pharmacy residents and students on clinical rotations; developing protocols and managing antimicrobial stewardship projects and initiatives; serve as a member of the System-wide Antimicrobial Stewardship team by participating in team activities including monthly meetings, training, projects, and research. The position is expected to be on site three days a week with the possibility to work remotely twice a week.
