Registered Resource User - Free Subscription period: Unlimited Free registration for access to SIDP Toolkit resources

Full Member 1 year - $100.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Any pharmacist who currently has substantial professional activities in the area of infectious diseases pharmacotherapy or research may participate as a voting, active member of The Society. A prospective member must have: 1) been practicing or performing research in infectious diseases pharmacotherapy for at least two years after receipt of the terminal academic degree OR 2) completed a dedicated training program in infectious diseases (PGY2 residency, fellowship, or PhD program).

An applicant for full membership must submit one (1) letter of reference from fellow health care professionals attesting to substantial professional activities in the area of infectious disease pharmacotherapy or research and a current curriculum vitae. Individuals with BCIDP certification and/or lapsed members renewing at the same level do not need to submit a letter.

Associate Member 1 year - $100.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Pharmacists or non-pharmacists not meeting the requirements for full membership, but with an interest in the area of infectious diseases pharmacotherapy may participate as non-voting members of the Society. Associate member applicants must submit a current curriculum vitae.

Trainee-Associate - $25.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Any pharmacist in a PGY1 or PGY2 residency, fellowship or PhD program with emphasis on infectious diseases pharmacotherapy, or student in an accredited school of pharmacy pursuing a degree in pharmacy, may participate as a non-voting member of the Society. An applicant for Trainee-Associate membership must provide a letter from his/her program director, preceptor or current SIDP member and a student applicants must provide a letter from a professor. All applicants must also provide a current curriculum vitae.

Full Member 1 year- Low & Middle Income - $25.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Low & Middle Income Country defined as any non-high income countries according to the World Bank.
