  • 2019 Annual Meeting

Join the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists as the Society turns 29 at the Annual Meeting, in Washington D.C. on October 1, 2019. This half-day meeting will start at 11:00 am to allow infectious diseases pharmacists to earn up to 3.25 hours of ACPE-approved continuing education credits, some of which will count as BCIDP recertification credits!

Educational sessions will include the latest updates in ID pharmacotherapy and education. NEW additions to the Annual Meeting this year include the opportunity to be selected for a research platform presentation.

Beyond continuing education, the Annual Meeting will also include the SIDP President’s Welcome, Business Meeting, and Strategic Planning Session where members can recount the previous year’s accomplishments and how SIDP is advocating for our profession, as well as learn about goals for the upcoming year.

The Awards Presentation will recognize outstanding SIDP members, and the Research Poster Presentations will showcase up-and-coming researchers. The meeting will wrap up with interactive ID trivia and a fabulous reception where you can visit with 500 of your best friends in ID pharmacy while enjoying drinks and heavy hors d’oeuvres. Join us for what is sure to be an annual meeting for the books!
