Application Process for PGY2 - Infectious Diseases Program

Completed application submitted thru PhORCAS, curriculum vitae, letter of intent, three letters of recommendation, and official transcript copy from a college of pharmacy. For consideration, the online application and all supporting documents must be received by January 2nd.

Program Eligibility

To be eligible for our PGY2 pharmacy practice residency program, prospective candidates must possess a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy and have completed an ASHP-accredited (or in the ASHP accreditation process) PGY1 pharmacy residency program or currently in training in a PGY1 residency program which will be completed before the start of our PGY2 residency program.  Residents must be licensed by the Nevada State of Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacist at the time of hire or within 60 days if from out of state.
