Job Description: Join our team to continue to build and expand tele-stewardship and tele-infectious diseases services through Infectious Disease Connect, Inc (IDC). We are seeking applicants to join our ASP team of 3 adult ASP pharmacists and 4 ASP physicians to work collaboratively to advocate the appropriate use of antimicrobial agents locally, regionally, and nationally. Pharmacists create guidelines, antimicrobial use pathways, optimize stewardship software services, train and educate local pharmacists, and perform daily prospective audit with feedback for several hospitals. Seeking to develop an outpatient parenteral antimicrobial therapy telemedicine service. Can work remotely. No pharmacy staffing or weekend/overnight coverage is required.

Preferred Qualifications: PGY2 training in Infectious Diseases or equivalent experience preferred; Board Certification (BCIDP) or experience as clinical pharmacy practice in Infectious Diseases with Antimicrobial Stewardship Program responsibilities

Required Qualifications: Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (PharmD)
